Chris Glover M.Ost

Chris has been working as an Osteopath since 2013 after gaining a Masters of Osteopathy (MOst) degree at the London School of Osteopathy.

Chris has worked with a wide range of other disciplines around the Midlands area including chiropractors, physiotherapists, sports massage therapists and podiatrists which he has used to broaden his knowledge and incorporate into the management of his patients needs.

Chris has a particular interest in the management of migraines and headaches and has gained additional qualifications that reflect this.  He is trained to use dry needling which he incorporates as part of his treatment when appropriate, during his appointments.

Chris is always keen to tailor a treatment to the individual whilst taking into account all aspects of a patient’s lifestyle, including work and hobbies, that may be contributing to any healthcare issues they have.  Chris can then treat the condition using a range of techniques, advice and exercises aiming to prevent the condition returning. He enjoys treating people from all walks of life with a wide array of conditions, and is confident when treating acute recent injuries or longer-term issues that need careful and considered management.

Outside of his career, Chris is also married with 2 young children and still enjoys keeping fit by playing tennis, running and going to the gym. Prior to his Osteopathy career, Chris trained as a break-dancer and performed supporting many music artists at festivals and concerts all around the UK. This benefits his Osteopathy greatly through understanding the strains put on the body by this type of intense, repetitive training to the body to this level.
